'Personality' is a complex thing. And on the surface, our personality not only 'changes' over time, but it also changes depending on context. We shift gears according to our environment: we're very different at work or with our college buddies or in front of a crowd. Moreover, we're not necessarily conscious of these shifts. Our personality seems to have many faces. These many different faces are called personas. '10 Powerful Personas' aims to highlight specific personas that exhibit very powerful qualities, qualities that spread happiness, provide attitudes conducive to victory, and infectiously build the spirits of others. And by learning to recognize them in others, we're primed to be influenced by them. And that's the key point: by learning to recognize these Personas in other people, we become more perceptive of them and therefore more likely to adopt their positive qualities.
