This book is easy to read and describes to the reader a simple solution to solving problems. There are many approaches that can be taken when attempting to solve problems and if not used correctly the results could be catastrophic. Just because someone does not have a formal technical degree is no reason they cannot be a successful problem solver within their organization. The approach described within this book will show easy to follow steps as well as some interesting examples of real life situations that will capture and hold the reader's attention.
